THEN and NOW
This is me at about age 13 (1971). I was already 6'1" and weighed about 160. I thought I was the fat lady of the circus here because I did not weigh the same as the other girls. Wouldn't mind being this "fat" today, over 40-years later. LOL
Here I am with husband number 1 (who made me a VERY young widow) and yes, I did have triplets. Freaky, huh? Anyway, I worked out so much after they were born that I looked better after having them than I did before. This pic taken around September 1979.
My youngest son, Thomas, and I in about 1988. This boy is now a man who is 6'5" and weighs 310 pounds. LOL I did not mess around when making my five sons. Although this is not a body shot, you can tell I kept in shape after five kids.
Here I am at Cape Cod with husband number two. I was in my mid-40's when this was taken. I was running 3 to 5 miles a day, with longer runs on weekends, working out 3 days a week, and doing yoga. I felt fantastic! Incidentally, I weigh about 220 here and I consider that my "ideal" in terms of having a goal.
