Seated Cable Row -- 90/20, 120/20, 140/20
Chest Press with Long Bar on Incline  - 45/20, 55/20, 55/20
Bench Squats  -  B/15, B/20, B/25
High Lat Pull down With Cables -
Flat bench chest press  --  55/12, 55/15
Cardio step ups -  B/25, B/25

Excellent workout, my back is getting very strong!
